We had a structural engineer look at the wall and give instructions on how to remove most of the wall safely, but when Bill came to do the job, he noticed that the engineer was off by several inches and it would be unsafe to continue. The project became a much bigger deal due to the engineer's mistake, but Bill did a fantastic job with it, and we love the look. His team was professional, cleaned up every day, and finished the project in a timely manner. We plan on hiring him for any future projects we have and are thrilled to finally have a general contractor for our projects that we trust to do a good job.”

He traced and fixed a roof leak over my bonus room which had eluded the professional employed by the previous owners, then repaired and painted the damaged interior ceiling and wall. When I had settling cracks appear in my 14-year-old property, he traced the problem to the absence of a footing which should have been installed during construction. He installed the necessary footing, working in a four-foot high crawl space to do it, then repaired the cosmetic damage in the house. He also repaired some water-damaged sub-floor in preparation for installing new carpet. I have found Mr. Klein to be smart, honest, reliable and very reasonably priced.”
